Nivia was absolutely amazing!!!!! I started my journey to homeownership approximately two years ago. Nivia and I were connected through a mutual friend, and it has been the BEST referral I’ve ever received!!! Upon beginning the process, I was met with no after no. Initially, I was discouraged and questioned whether or not purchasing a home was right for me. Nivia assured me that it was attainable and continued to encourage me. She referred me to other resources that helped me clean up my credit mistakes. She periodically checked on me to see how things were going and continued to drop affirming nuggets so that I didn’t get too discouraged during the process. After much prayer and waiting, and some more prayer, I was ready! Credit was cleaned, job promotion earned, I was ready. And Nivia was right there!!!! We picked up exactly where we left off. From our initial conversation over iced tea to signing the contract to my new construction townhome to the signing table, Nivia has been there every step of the process. The journey was tiresome, sometimes overwhelming, and filled with sooo much information.
Nivia was patient, understanding and did not withhold any of her knowledge. Nivia fought for me!! She made calls, negotiated additional closing funds, and so much more words cannot properly explained. My experience with my realtor was amazing. I don’t live where the property was sold so I had to depend on Nivia to do almost everything via telephone and it wasn’t a problem for her. She went above and beyond for me. She has so many connections in Tampa she gave me the handyman, the moving company, and the cleaning company that cleaned the house once everything was moved out of the house.
